Between 11.09-13.09 during the sixth edition of the specialized exhibition “Safety and Security”, held in Inter Expo Center, Sofia, visitors of Sectron and Lirex BG stand had the opportunity to monitor live video from the streets and schools in Sofia.
During the exhibition companies Sectron and Lirex BG presented two integrated systems for video surveillance and secure urban environment built on the territory of the capital. The stand of both companies was visited by the President of the Republic of Bulgaria Mr. Georgi Parvanov and the Minister of Emergency Mrs. Emel Etem.
Visitors had the opportunity to learn more about the functionality and capabilities of the Integrated System for Real-time Video Surveillance, Event Control, Analysis and Automated Data Processing, operated by the Sofia Police Department, and The Video Surveillance and Control System in the public schools and kindergartens operated by the Sofia Municipality. The systems are built on a single platform that allows compatibility of the information and include innovative technical products, communications and specially designed software. Projects integrates various types of video surveillance cameras – fixed, vandal proof, megapixel and Pan/Tilt/Zoom cameras with high resolution from world renowned manufacturers.
The focus of the exhibition was on the partnership of business, state and municipalities to ensure security and protection of national and urban infrastructure.
