As of 5 October 2026, we are introducing changes to our customer service operations in Sofia. On-site orders can only be placed at the Sectron Central Warehouse showroom, located at 364 Sofia Ring Road, with opening hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
The new organization will enable us to expand our Service Center and provide enhanced technical expertise and consultations on product selection and project solution development at Sectron’s Head Office.
For your convenience, a new SMART BOX location will be introduced at 52 G. M. Dimitrov Blvd., providing 24/7 access for order collection.
At the beginning of October, we will also launch our new B2B platform, giving you fast and easy online access to our entire product portfolio.
